Currently, he serves as an artist/faculty at prestigious Mahidol University College of Music and holds the principal flute position at the Thailand Philharmonic Orchestra (TPO).
Since his arrival in Thailand on August 2002, he has been devoting himself to the development of music education in Thailand and in Asia in General. Besides his duty at Mahidol and TPO, Hiroshi is also active as a recitalist, chamber musician, clinician and competition adjudicator. Each year, he tours all over Thailand with the Flute Ensemble Siang-Nanachart, a unique group comprised of Bangkok based flutists features the entire flute family - Piccolo, Flute, Alto, Bass and the Contra-Bass Flute, to promote the flute, popularize flute method, bring live music to community and discover new possibilities of the flute sound.
